Who we are

The Department of Drug Sciences (Dipartimento di Scienze del Farmaco - DSF) brings together professors and researchers from disciplines involved in the research and development of drug and health products in its various aspects. The scientific activities conducted at DSF are structured in the following highly innovative research areas: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Organic Chemistry, Food Chemistry, and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology.

Over the years, the DSF has established a network of fruitful national and international collaborations with other universities, research institutions, and major industries, which contribute to its status as a cutting-edge institution in pharmaceutical research.
