University Quality Assurance Directorate
The University Quality Assurance Directorate is responsible for:
- Promoting a culture of quality within the University;
- Implementing the quality policy established by the University's decision-making bodies;
- Supervising and ensuring the correct and uniform application of the University's quality assurance (QA) procedures;
- Developing standardized tools for QA and proposing appropriate training programs for their use;
- Ensuring continuous improvement of key processes (provision of educational and research services) at the University, as well as enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the structures that provide these services.
